KARINA GABOR;

Karina has more than 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and holds an international Personal Trainer certificate level 3; having worked a number of years in China and Turkey. 

Karina started her own dance studio in her early years, with a diverse portfolio of dance from ballerina to street/hip hop. 

Her indulgence is Greek food with extra tzatziki. 

LORENZO MAGLAQUE;

Enzo has more than 18 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Although he is a qualified nurse, Enzo fell in love with the fitness industry and managed the Manny Pacquiaos gym in the Philippines for 8 years. Enzo has a passion for Zumba and claimed the first place in a Zumba Marathon. 

Enzo holds a Personal Trainer certificate level 2 from REPS and license to provide CPR-classes. His cheat meal is Indian food, Biryani to be exact! 

PAUL SHERWIN NOVELO;

Paul has more than 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and was inspired by family members who served in the military. Through his career in the fitness industry, Paul focusses on conquering the mind, body and soul. 

Paul holds a Personal Trainer certificate level 3 from with a background as a physiotherapist & rehab movement coach. 

Paul likes to cook; Salmon and Chicken are his personal favorite. 

GEORGE CLAYDYKE LUSADAN;

Clay has been in the health and fitness industry for more than 12 years and discovered a passion for martial arts through Muay Thai at a very young age. Clay has a black belt in kickboxing and competes in the UAE Muay Thai Championship, winning first place in Storm Kickboxing. 

Clay holds a Personal Trainer level 3 certificate from REPS. 

When not working Clay is focused on training and preparing for the next competition.

FRANCIS PINEDA;

Francis has more than 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Through watching inspirational bodybuilding documentaries, he developed a passion for bodybuilding and now competes in the Physique category. 

Francis holds a diploma in Psychology and a Personal Trainer certificate level 3 from REPS. 

Francis enjoys long workouts and lives by the motto “No Pain, No Gain”.
