Work your muscles in every way possible! This class is designed to build strength, add definition, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. This class takes the participant through a circuit of strength training and cardio exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, running steps, jumping rope, doing squats, planks, or conditioning on the stability ball, and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. No muscle gets neglected in this class!
